The Challenge
- Difficulty presenting properties professionally: There was no unified platform to showcase properties and display their details and images in an organized way. We addressed this by creating a website that presents all properties in one place with a clear, professional design.
- Difficulty finding the right property: The wide range of options can make searching for a suitable property more complicated. We addressed this by providing search and filtering features that help users find properties by listing type, city, property type, and other available criteria.
- Difficulty comparing properties: Customers may need to review several properties before making a decision. We addressed this by adding favorites and property comparison features to help users evaluate their options and make more informed decisions.
- Insufficient information to make a decision: Images alone are not enough to evaluate a property. We addressed this by creating a dedicated page for each property, displaying essential details such as price, area, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, along with an image gallery.
- Difficulty managing and updating property listings: Manually updating property information and images can be time-consuming. We addressed this by creating an admin dashboard for adding properties, editing their details, and managing their images and information.
- Difficulty organizing areas with available properties: Displaying cities and districts without available properties can confuse visitors. We addressed this by linking the displayed locations to published properties, ensuring that only areas with available listings appear.
- Limited communication with potential customers: The absence of clear channels for receiving inquiries can lead to missed opportunities. We addressed this by adding a contact form that allows visitors to submit their details and messages, with the information saved and email notifications sent.
- Difficulty maintaining visitor engagement: Visitors may leave the website without following future updates. We addressed this by adding a newsletter subscription form to collect email addresses and support ongoing communication with subscribers.
- The need to serve customers in their preferred language: Arabic- and English-speaking audiences need an accessible experience in their preferred language. We addressed this by providing a bilingual interface with right-to-left (RTL) text direction for Arabic.
